What is the minimum order quantity?
We don't require any minimum order quantity, but we require minimum order amount which is $100.00 with mix styles and items. This minimum order value requirement is only for initial order. No minimum order requirement for the second order or restore products.

Can you provide any sample of your products?
We are more than happy to provide samples to our clients so that they can know better about the quality and design of our products. We will charge US $10.00 for each sample plus shipping and GST (for Canadian customers). The sample fee will be deducted when you place an formal order. Shipping fee for the sample will not be deducted from order.

How soom will my order be shipped?
We will ship the order within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your payment in full. For any products that are not in stock, it will take about one month to be shipped out as we need to get the products from oversea supplier. We will give you a notice if we don't have the products in stock.

How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
Order will be shipped by air mail. It will take 7 to 10 business to deliver to USA, and it will take 4 to 7 business to deliver in Canada. If you wish to have your order shipp in other manner, please contact us before you submit your payment. The shipping cost will be depend on the weight of the package and the shipping destination.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied the products, we will gladly exchange or refund you 100% of the purchase price on any returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). All returned items must be unused, unworned, unwashed,with the same condition as received, and must have original tag on. Please send the original Invoice or Packing slip.
